You can now call the clinic to set up an appointment. Please note that while walk-ins are welcome, in order to provide you with prompt medical attention we are requesting that you always make an appointment, even if it is a same-day appointment request. This will avoid encountering the typical crowded waiting area that you may experience at your doctor’s office and allow the doctors to spend adequate time with each patient. 
 
To make an appointment, please call Care ATC at 800-993-8244. Also, request your Care ATC login information so that in the future, if you prefer, you can make appointments online at www.careatc.com. (click here to download appointment scheduling instructions).  Your first visit will take approximately 30 minutes because you will be asked to complete a new patient information form; subsequent visits will not take as long. Keep in mind that you still need to follow your department’s procedures for requesting time off, but you no longer have to take off a whole day of work because you have a doctor’s appointment.

 
The Care ATC On-site Clinic will provide basic services you would expect from a family physician, including lab tests and some medications. Other important clinic details are as follows:
 
Location: 600 S. Michigan, suite 402 (formerly the payroll office)
Hours:  8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Days:  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 
Staff:  Dr. Gary Bucher (Wednesdays & Fridays), Dr. Leigh Roberts (Thursdays) and a nurse (Wednesday – Friday)
